From what I can see, if you're in an even year (a primary or general election year), all you need is a simple request form and $35 to obtain a full list of those who voted in that election, including their residential mailing address. I didn't see any requirements or limitations as to who may request this data. Unless I'm misinterpreting it, this isn't much of a barrier to entry. (Correct me if I'm wrong here!)

I recognize that many states don't protect voter privacy, but that doesn't mean we should accept it. (Anyone could request their number be unlisted for no reason whatsoever, so the phone book analogy doesn't hold up.) I appreciate you sharing the context around this bill. However, in an administration where the GOP is attempting to insert themselves into every private moment and surveil us using any means possible, AND in an environment where violence against women has never been more normalized, I'm encouraging the women I know to submit their "at risk" status request.

Thank you. I’m still on the fence about having my info available to anyone pushing agendas. But now I have a better understanding
